i take The_Code for example:

he is applicant. he is good player, but in clanmatch he must improve. he can join clan, when he played a few matches with us. a trial is like you in school. your teacher is the member and you are the trial (the improver). he isnt 100% in clan yet, but with our help he will be soon. thats a trial, got it?

not every applicant is a trial. if someone is to bad for clan, we can take him, and he isnt a trial. understand???
