I see u will help your teamate but u are too slow to help him.

I has a bit laggy but this isnt a reason.

He did not have the level to join our team he need more training in CTF or TDM because it is the game mode most commonly used and you do not sufficiently protect your teammate in a game like the found CICLON and he doesn't like depot
so F2

We need a team work ... I haven't played with you but 2 players said that you don't have it.
The players need work as a team , if you camp or spam in CTF , you can get a good ratio but you don't play thinking that have another player in your team.
It's really bad for the team , all can have good frags and ratios , if don't get the flags and help the others , never will win.
My decision is F2.

Try to organize more training and interclan matches , so you will learn how to play as a team , in public , it's a bit hard to play as a team because there are noobs and a lot of people.
So stay training in interclans ! It's important for you be a good player , playing for the team , not for you !
Sorry about my decision , stay training , be better in-game and respected , make friends and apply again !
